By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms in the version shown at the time of the order. The accepted version is recorded together with your order.

We deliver an increase in the follower count shown on the Instagram account you give us. The added followers come from automated or inactive accounts — they are not real people interested in your account.

In other words, the service only increases the follower number. You are buying the number itself.

To avoid any misunderstanding, here is plainly what you do not get:

• they are not real, active or interested followers;
• you get no real engagement: likes, comments, saves, messages or authentic interaction;
• it is not marketing, advertising, promotion or organic growth;
• we do not guarantee visibility, appearing in recommendations, collaborations, sales or any commercial result.

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). Payment is made once, when the order is placed, through our payment processors.

When you order, we save a copy of the package (price, quantity). Later price changes do not affect orders already placed.

For delivery we only need your account @username, which must be public during delivery. We never ask for your password and we do not ask for access to your account.

Delivery starts after payment is confirmed and is usually completed within 24 business hours. It may be gradual.

This is the most important paragraph. By placing an order you understand and accept that:

• the service breaches the Terms of Use of Instagram and Meta;
• platforms periodically remove fake accounts, so the delivered follower count may drop over time, partially or entirely (see section 7 — refill);
• your account may be flagged, restricted or suspended by the platform as a result of using such a service, and you accept this risk in full;
• we do not control and are not liable for the platforms' decisions regarding your account or the delivered followers.

For normal drops after delivery we offer a 30-day refill: if the delivered follower count drops within the first 30 days of delivery, we top it up free of charge, at your request.

The refill covers drops caused by the platform removing fake accounts. It does not cover drops caused by platform action against your account (restriction, suspension) or by changes you make yourself.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), without justifying your decision — as long as delivery has not started.

As this is a digital service delivered immediately, if you expressly ask us to start delivery before the 14 days expire and confirm you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, you can no longer request a refund for the part already delivered (Art. 16 OUG 34/2014). You tick this consent at checkout.

If we fail to deliver what we promised, we refund the undelivered part. Once delivered, follower counts cannot be “returned”.

We process your data according to the Privacy Policy available on the site. Payment data is processed solely by authorised processors; we do not store card data.

You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Links are in the site footer.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.

We may update these Terms. Each version has its own identifier, and orders reference the version accepted at the time they were placed. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing orders.
