• order data: package, amount, campaign history;
• technical data: IP address, browser type (for security and anti-spam);
• analytics data (only with your consent): how you interact with the site.

• legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• security, abuse prevention and rate limiting (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• analytics and marketing via pixels (consent only, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use providers acting as processors: hosting and databases, email delivery, payment processing, traffic limiting and, with your consent, analytics. They process data only on our instructions.

• App hosting: Vercel;
• Database and authentication: Supabase;
• Transactional email: Resend;
• Payment processing: Netopia mobilPay (RON);
• Anti-spam / rate limiting: Upstash;
• Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok.

We keep data as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations (typically tax retention periods). After that we delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
