30-day refill
If your follower count drops within the first 30 days of delivery, we top it up for free.
The refill covers drops caused by the platform removing fake accounts.
What you need to know
- the account must be public at the time of delivery
- we don't ask for your password and we don't ask for account access
- the service breaks Instagram's rules; the account may be restricted or suspended
- the followers are not real and bring no engagement

Statutory right of withdrawal
As an individual you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (OUG 34/2014), without justifying your decision, as long as delivery has not started. If you expressly ask us for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose this right once delivery has begun, you can no longer request a refund for the portion already delivered.
